How long will it take for my veil to arrive?
Upon order confirmation, we will package your veil and prepare it for shipping or self-collection. This means your veil should arrive in 5-7 days.
In some cases when there is no stock left or you have a special request, we will employ the help of fairies to make one from scratch. In these situations, your veil may arrive around 7-10 days.
When should I order a wedding veil for my wedding?
When possible, we recommend ordering 2-3 months before your wedding day. All our veils are handmade to order and they take time to be made. If your order is time sensitive, please put your date that you would need it by in the comments box at checkout.
Although we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by your requested date unless you contact us prior to purchase, we promise we will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally outside of Singapore?
We set high expectations for ourselves in every respect, including delivery experience. Because ang veil yú is still relatively young, we currently do not ship internationally out of concern of poor customer experience.
As we gain experience in dealing with logistics and find reliable shipping services, we will then start shipping internationally.
We recommend subscribing to our newsletter so that we can notify you when this happens. Thank you for your support!
What's your return policy?
Please choose your veil(s) carefully and email/Instagram us with any questions, if you have any, prior to purchasing a piece. Due to the delicate nature of the pieces we create, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
If you receive the wrong product or if your product arrives damaged, please email us: email@example.com. If the veil's damage is not due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will repair or replace as needed. Beyond 48 hours of receipt, without any notification to us, damages will be deemed as the buyer's responsibility.
Do you use real pearls and crystals?
In some of our designs, we use real freshwater pearls and Swarovski crystals. Whenever this is the case, it will be noted in the product description. If it does not specifically say, "freshwater" pearl, real pearls were not used. Beads that resemble pearls will be described as "pearls" or "pearl beads", but are not genuine.
Who is behind ang veil yú?
ang veil yú was founded by Charlane Yu and Nick Ang, who happen to be a married couple. Charlane is the creative director behind all the wedding veils. Nick does the writing, web development, and marketing. They are both based in Singapore alongside their toy poodle Brownie.
